What is your policy on candidate confidentiality?
We will never submit your resume for a position without your approval. We feel that it is very important that candidates do not have their resume broadcast to just any potential client. If a candidate is currently employed, it is usually a very sensitive issue that their current employer is not aware of their search. We respect the confidentiality of our candidates.
