Vircom Solutions and Australian Integrated Finance lodged notifications in relation to an arrangement where they propose to offer discounted office equipment to business customers on the condition that the customer obtains telecommunication services from a nominated supplier. The discount may be up to 100% of the cost of providing the office equipment.
