How many candidates will I be competing with for a position?
We are very selective about the candidates we present to our clients. We want to make sure we have a strong match for the client and the candidate. The value we bring to our clients is the ability to screen and present highly qualified individuals that the client can select from. This minimizes the time the client must spend interviewing unqualified candidates and makes the candidate's interview a valuable one too. For most permanent searches we present 2 to 4 candidates.
