How long does it take to get a new position?
This is a tough question to answer. It depends upon many factors: the economy, the client's availability, the candidate's availability, type of position (temporary or permanent) and number of qualified candidates. For example, a candidate who is currently working usually has restricted time in which to schedule an interview. In most situations, we fill permanent positions within 2 to 4 weeks from receipt of an order from our client. The time to fill Temporary and Contract positions is much shorter; sometimes within a day or up to one week.
