HTML clipboardBarclays Capital, the   investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC, has appointed Matthew Ginsburg   as Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking, Asia-Pacific. 
  Ginsburg will be responsible   for the management of the firm's investment banking activities across   Asia-Pacific. 
  Earlier, Ginsburg was working   in Morgan Stanley as Head of Investment Banking, Asia-Pacific. 
  Ginsburg will be based in Hong   Kong and will report regionally to Robert Morrice, Chairman and Chief Executive,   Asia Pacific, Barclays PLC and globally to Hugh (Skip) E McGee III, Head of   Investment Banking, a company press release said. 
  "Matthew has a tremendous   track-record in running successful businesses and has significant regional   experience. 
  We are looking forward to him   being part of the senior management team and leading the expansion of our   investment banking platform in Asia-Pacific," Barclays PLC's Asia Pacific   Chairman and Chief Executive, Robert Morrice, said. 
  "We are excited to have   Matthew on board. His knowledge of the industry and the region will be an   outstanding addition to our existing franchise and will further our ability to   serve our clients globally," Barclays Capital Head of Investment Banking, Skip   McGee, said.
